Why should you be a staff member (1) paragraph:
I think I should be staff, because I can be active and show good management in rules, and I can allocate a lot of time to the server. I have also developed a decent relationship in the server, with new people, and server staff. I have business management experience, and situation experience because my dad is a MP and he has shown me how to manage situations to keep it cool.
How will the server benefit from you being a staff member (1) paragraph:
I will be able to active staff from 42-56 hours per week, sometimes longer, sometimes less. I have semi-decent professionalism. As a staff member, I wouldn't hold things against certain people, nor favor people. I would also not be abusive of power.
